| Bio: | General information: Lady Heather is a reoccurring character in the series CSI: Las Vegas and a professional dominatrix. During her first appearance, she is questioned about her 'theatre' - a business which she owns and operates that caters to the somewhat unsavory tastes of the Las Vegas populus, whether it is submission or domination. She revealed herself as an anthropologist of sorts and became close friends (and possibly more) with Gil Grissom. Her next appearance had her slated as a murder suspect because of the death of not one, but two of her employees. Although she was later cleared, her relationship with Grissom was damaged extensively during the course of the case. He disappointed her by suspecting her for the crimes at all. Far later in the series, Heather's daughter, Zoe, is murdered. She had previously been estranged from Zoe because she reported Zoe's psychiatrist for impregnating her daughter. During the course of the episode, Lady Heather sleeps with who she believes is Zoe's killer in order to obtain DNA evidence (although it is revealed later that she in fact sleeps with the man's twin brother). When she believed that she had sufficient evidence, she abducts the man and brings him into the desert to torture him. Grissom stops her with a safeword and the man is apprehended. Reportedly, Heather was never charged (as the judge working her case was allegedly a client of hers). In her last appearance, Heather has sold her business in Las Vegas in an effort to prove herself as a fit guardian to the granddaughter she only recently discovered that she had, Allison. She was denied visitation and Allison's father, the psychiatrist that Heather had fired, gains custody. In an unstable act of desperation, Heather took money from a man in trade for her life, hoping to set up a trust fund for her granddaughter. After his attempt at taking her life failed, Grissom became so concerned about her well-being that he spent the night at her house and persuaded Allison's father to allow Heather visitation rights. Lady Heather came to the city to start up another dominatrix business and to be in closer proximity to her granddaughter, who had moved to a suburb in Philadelphia. | |||||||||
